An image or page can be opened "naked," with no border of any kind, by opening it as a fullscreen window then resizing the window.
This only works with Internet Explorer, as Netscape insists on leaving a margin and control buttons "fullscreen."
One more time!
The screen "jumps" because for a moment you are seeing the full-screen window.
I included a close function for both the window and the image or text; only one is needed. The latter makes the cursor change. Including one of these keeps the viewer from having to use Alt+F4.
Try closing all the other windows to leave the images on your desktop. For more fun, open other files in the little windows.
